ARCHE GROUP / CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT
Construction experience. Clear responsibilities.
ARCHE GROUP / ABOUT ARCHE GROUP
ARCHE GROUP is a new construction and development business focused on residential and commercial project execution. Its immediate priority is interior construction and remodeling, with a clear route from a client’s architectural plans to a construction proposal.
A construction role
Clients come to us with architectural design prepared by other professionals and a need to estimate and execute the construction. Our role begins with understanding that project and its documents.
Experience with clear attribution
Our leadership has indicated residential and commercial experience under other contractors. Project references should identify the original contractor and the individual’s role rather than imply they were ARCHE GROUP contracts.
Attention to the client
Client attention and the quality of the finished work are the commitments the business has identified. We aim to express them through clear scope, communication and project decisions.
Working alongside your design team
Architectural design is a separate professional service. Questions that affect the design should return to the responsible design professionals, with construction implications reviewed by the project team.
