NEW HOMES / CONSTRUCTION

New home construction from your architectural plans

ARCHE GROUP / NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION

Your architectural plans are the starting point for a new home construction discussion. ARCHE GROUP reviews the proposed work, site information and specifications to establish what is needed for estimating and execution.

01

Begin with your design documents

Share the current architectural drawing set and explain its stage of development. Preliminary and more detailed documents support different levels of estimating certainty.

Review relevant project experience, including the original contractor and the responsibilities actually held.

Prepare your project documents before inviting a contractor to estimate the work.

02

Review the site context

The property location, site access, existing conditions and known approval requirements shape the construction review. Land acquisition and architectural design are separate from the construction service.

Check our service areas and include the municipality and site address in your inquiry.

03

Define specifications and allowances

Finishes, equipment and owner-supplied items should be identified in the scope. Where decisions remain open, the proposal needs to explain how they are treated.

04

Establish the delivery responsibilities

Before work proceeds, the parties clarify the contract scope, approvals, purchasing and coordination with design professionals. A construction schedule follows those dependencies.

How our construction process works for the sequence from scope review to closeout.

05

Invite a review

Email your address, drawings, scope and bid deadline. The next step is a project conversation, with cost and timing reviewed against the actual documents.
