Residential remodeling and interior construction

ARCHE GROUP / RESIDENTIAL REMODELING

A residential remodel starts with the home as it exists and the space you intend to create. We review architectural plans and project conditions to clarify the construction scope before pricing.

01

Understand the existing space

A site visit helps connect the drawings to existing conditions. Tell us about occupied areas, access limitations, building rules and any known conditions that could affect the work.

Review relevant project experience, including the original contractor and the responsibilities actually held.

Check our service areas and include the municipality and site address in your inquiry.

02

Define the work as one scope

Comprehensive remodeling and interior construction require a shared understanding of demolition, new work, finishes and coordination. The proposal should describe which elements are included and which remain outside the construction scope.

How our construction process works for the sequence from scope review to closeout.

03

Make selections visible

Materials, finishes and unresolved selections influence estimating and procurement. Identify specified items, owner-supplied products and decisions that remain open.

04

Plan around the property

Occupancy, delivery access and work-area constraints need to be discussed before a construction sequence can be established. Phasing and site arrangements are project-specific.

05

Start with the right documents

Send the latest drawings, project address, a short scope summary and your intended timing. A project inquiry starts a review; it does not establish a price or a construction start date.

Prepare your project documents before inviting a contractor to estimate the work.
